Warrant Locate for Friedann Larsen, Midtown Center Escapee

Update on 4/1/24:

At 4:02 AM on March 30, 2024, Anchorage Police responded to a residence on the 4200-block of Parker Place in Anchorage.  Officers had received a tip that 32-year-old Friedann C. Larsen was inside.  She had two felony warrants.  The first was for Escape II and the second was for a Probation Violation for the original charges of Burglary II and two counts of Violate Conditions of Release.

Officers set up a perimeter and made multiple announcements for all occupants to come outside.  Two people eventually exited the home but others remained inside.  Officers entered the residence after obtaining a search warrant.  Among those found inside was Friedann Larsen.  She was remanded at Hiland Mountain Correctional Center on her two warrants.  She was additionally charged with one count of Resisting and two counts of Violate Conditions of Release.

Also located inside the home was 35-year-old Phillip P. Dixon.  He was remanded at the Anchorage Correctional Complex on his four outstanding misdemeanor warrants.  He was additionally charged with Resisting.

A felony warrant for Escape II has been obtained for 32-year-old Friedann Larsen after she walked away from the Midtown Center. Larsen is 5’5” tall, 180 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Larsen was last seen wearing black leggings, a black shirt with flowers on it, and a black fleece jacket. Friedann Larsen had been serving time for Burglary 2.
