Witnesses Being Sought

Anchorage Police are currently investigating a homicide (APD Case 23-17567).  We are also investigating a missing person’s case regarding 28-year-old Juan Toscano (APD Case 23-17585).  While it is currently unknown if the two cases are connected or not, both occurred in the same area. The deceased person and the missing person are two separate people.

APD is asking for anyone who saw anything suspicious on or near Campbell Airstrip Road to contact Detective Mercer at 907-786-2653.  The time frame we are concentrating on is between 6PM on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, and 6AM on Wednesday, May 31, 2023.
