REQUESTS FOR POLICE RECORDS OR OTHER MEDIA (AUDIO, VIDEO, OR PHOTOS) ARE NOW MADE THROUGH THE ONLINE APD PUBLIC RECORDS CENTER.
NOTE: DOCUMENTS MUST BE REQUESTED SEPARATELY FROM OTHER MEDIA.
PLEASE SUBMIT ONLY ONE CASE/INCIDENT NUMBER PER REQUEST.

Before creating a request in the APD Public Records Center be aware:
If you are requesting information about yourself, or a person in your custody you will need to fill out one of the following consent forms and attach it to your request in the records center.
Adult - choose this form if you are requesting records pertaining to yourself.
Adult with Guardian - choose this form if you are requesting records pertaining to an incapacitated adult for whom you are the legal guardian.
Juvenile - choose this form if you are requesting records pertaining to a juvenile for whom you are the custodial parent or legal guardian.
