DEATH INVESTIGATION: 3900 BLOCK OF EAST 8TH AVENUE

On August 26, 2026, at about 12:41 a.m., APD responded to the 3900 block of East 8th Avenue.

Upon arrival, officers discovered a deceased male with injuries to his upper body.  The Major Crime Scene Investigation Team were called in to further investigate. The victim’s identity will be released once next-of-kin notification procedures are complete. There have been no arrests at this time.

Anyone with information regarding this incident, that have not already spoken to the police, is asked to call Police Dispatch at 3-1-1.
