DRONE DEPLOYMENT: 4000 BLOCK OF HILAND RD

On September 29, 2026, a drone was deployed at the 4000 block of Hiland Rd to assist with locating a nuisance brown bear.

Note: This was not a major incident. APD has recently created a category to ensure the public is notified when a drone is used during a call.
