Locate: Kurtis Kemp; Halfway House Escapee; Cordova Center

A felony warrant for Escape II has been obtained for 33-Year-Old Kurtis Kemp who walked away from the Cordova Center.   

Kemp is 5’11” tall, 170 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
