LOCATE: MISSING PERSON PHOKHAM KHAMNIVONG

On February 18, 2026, Anchorage Police are requesting the public’s help in locating 43-year-old Phokham Khamnivong. There is a concern for his wellbeing due to a mental illness, and he doesn’t speak fluent English.

Phokham was last seen on February 15, 2026, near the 4400 block of Parsons Ave. Phokham is about 5’7” tall, 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue jacket, blue jeans, black Nike shoes and a towel or sheet necklace. He has unknown tattoos on both arms and his back.
