Officers Investigating FALSE reports of bomb threats at multiple schools

At 1:40 PM on February 16, 2023, Anchorage Police responded to multiple calls claiming bomb threats at several schools. Officers have investigated and found no evidence of a bomb at any location and believe these threats to be unfounded. APD investigates all threats thoroughly and works alongside the Anchorage School District to quickly resolve these disruptions to the school.  Officers are currently investigating the source of the call.
