SHOOTING INVESTIGATION: 3101 A STREET

At 1:52 PM on October 20, 2025, Day shift officers responded to the area of 3101 A Street in reference to a shooting inside the location. Upon arrival, officers located an adult male with a gunshot wound to the upper body. The victim has been transported to a local hospital for treatment.

The suspect has been detained and there is no current public safety threat related to this incident. Anyone who witnessed or has information, and has not yet spoken to police, is asked to contact APD Dispatch at 3-1-1 (option #1) or (907) 786-8900 (option #0).
