DEATH INVESTIGATION: 4300 BLOCK OF PIPER ST

SUSPICIOUS DEATH INVESTIGATION: ​4300 BLOCK OF PIPER ST​ 

DATE/TIME OF INCIDENT: ​June 30, 2026, 5:00 PM​ 

NARRATIVE: At ​approximately 5:00 PM​ on ​June 30, 2026​, officers assigned to ​Patrol​ responded to ​the 4300 block of Piper St​ in reference to ​an adult female deceased inside a residence​. Upon arrival officers made observations that have prompted them to take a closer look at the circumstances surrounding the death. The Crime Scene Team responded to process the scene. Ultimately the Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death.  

While the circumstances are still under investigation, Detectives have cause to believe this is an isolated incident. Anyone with surveillance footage of the area, or other information regarding this investigation who has not yet spoken to police, is asked to call APD Dispatch at 3-1-1 (option #1) or 907-786-8900 (option #0).
