LOCATE: MISSING JUVENILE TAKAO DOBBS-CARTER

On 04/29/2026 at about 4 :00 AM, 13-year-old Takao Dobbs-Carter was reported missing. He was last seen in the area of E 73rd Ave. and Basel St.

Takao is about 4’10” tall, 180 lbs, and has brown hair and brown eyes. Takao is non-verbal and has limited mental capabilities.
