Phone scams are on the rise! Please remember that the Anchorage Police Department will NEVER call you and:

❌ Ask you to pay a citation over the phone
❌ Request payment to “clear” an arrest warrant
❌ Demand gift cards, wire transfers, or online payments

If someone calls claiming to be law enforcement and asks for money, hang up immediately—it’s a scam. ✅
