HOMICIDE INVESTIGATION: 700 BLK W 4TH AVE

UPDATE 6/21/25: The adult male who was pronounced deceased at the scene has been identified as 23-year-old Leroy Manogiamanu. Next-of-kin procedures have been completed.
UPDATED NARRATIVE: At 2:50 AM on July 20, 2025, officers responded to the 700 block of W 4th Ave in reference to a shooting.
When officers arrived, they found 3 victims, 1 with non-life-threatening injuries, 1 with life-threatening injuries; a deceased adult male victim was located. Medics arrived and transported the victims to the hospital. A fourth victim was later located with non-life-threatening injuries.
The Crime Scene Team has responded to process the scene.

ORIGINAL NARRATIVE: At around 02:50 hours on July 20, 2025, officers responded to the area of 4th and G street in reference to shots fired. Upon arrival officers located several victims.
The suspect has not been detained at this time.

Police are currently following up on leads and there is no suspect information to release at this time. The motive for the incident, and any relationship between the parties involved, is under investigation.
