TRAFFIC FATALITY: ELMORE RD

At approximately 12:49 PM on June 14, 2025, Anchorage Police and AFD medics responded to Elmore Rd. between Dowling and MLK Jr. Dr. for a report of a single-vehicle rollover wherein the sole occupant of the vehicle had been ejected.

AFD medics transported the driver to a hospital with what were believed to be non-life-threatening injuries at the time.

On June 26, 2025, APD was advised by the State Medical Examiner Office the victim had passed away from his injuries.

The victim has been identified as 35-year-old Falemao Tosi. Next-of-kin notification procedures have been completed.
