WARRANT LOCATE: RICHARD BERNARD, CORDOVA CENTER ESCAPEE

A felony warrant for Escape II has been obtained for 43-year-old Richard Bernard who walked away from the Cordova Center at approximately 9:00 PM on October 29, 2025.

Richard Bernard is approximately 5’9” tall, 150 pounds with brown hair, blue eyes and a beard and mustache. He was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt, blue jeans and white shoes.
